Congratulations on taking the steps towards financial and housing security for your family. Elisha Ministries’ MyWay Case Management Program is one-stop Case Management services to assess your needs and get you connected to services to bridge the gap.

Once you apply for the program, you will be contacted by a Case Manager within 5 business days to review your unique needs.

If accepted into the program, you will be responsible for making quarterly payments that provide you with a great wealth of benefits, including local transportation, access to mental health care, assistance managing social service benefits, housing support and services dedicated to managing disabilities.

Quarterly Payments are as follows:

1st Quarter: $110

2nd, 3rd & 4th Quarters: $75

Once your enrollment is confirmed, you will be invoiced on a quarterly basis to continue your individualized case management services.
